Heat treatment plays an important role in industrial manufacturing houses. Industries dealing with steel glass, ceramics, insulators require adequate fuel for thermal applications. However, fuel price has increased considerably these days.
In order to help industries, CASE Group has come up with gasification technology which can produce high quality coal gas. The produced coal gas is of high calorific value and hence, applicable for extensive heat treatment in industries.
In this gasification technology, all types of coal can be used. Since the coal is carbonized at low temperature in the pyrolysis section, the tar produced is of low viscosity and high fluidity. There is no chance of tar being clogged in the duct.
