Use Coal Fines for Cheap Gasification

Coal fines are found in abundant in the plant where coal gasification takes place. Earlier, those fines CASE engineers which has led industries to use coal fines in the gasification process.
used to be considered as waste material. But, now, the fines are no more considered as waste. It is the relentless effort of

According to experts, coal fines can be recycled to coal briquettes to be used for gasification purpose. The fines of coal can be loaded on the belt conveyors and can be processed with the help of pulveriser, binder mixer and briquetting machine. Gasifier operator can control the size of briquette with the help of pulveriser. Interestingly, the coal briquettes may take only 48 hours drying period.

The aforesaid process is possible only through an efficient briquetting lines. If you have keen desire to use briquetting technology for an economically efficient gasifier system, then go contact CASE.

CASE offer engineering services throughout the year irrespective of geographic boundaries.
