High Value Coal Gas for Thermal Applications

Thermal energy plays a vital role in all manufacturing companies, especially in steel, glass, ceramics sectors. Fuel with low calorific value may produce insufficient heat as per requirement. As a result, the entire production process may get delay. Also, the final output may not be satisfactory.

CASE understands the need of adequate heat energy in industries. During the endeavor to make robust gasification technology, the engineering company has come up with Pyrolysis gasifier technology which is characterized by gas with high heat value. Here, coal is used as fuel. The gas that is extracted from coal through pyrolysis technology has higher calorific value as compared to any other gasifier variants.

All types of coal can be used to generate gas for thermal applications. Since the coal is carbonized at low temperature in the pyrolysis section, the tar produced is of low viscosity and high fluidity. As such, there is no chance of tar being clogged in the duct.

CASE Gasifier technology for thermal applications is viable in all small and big industries. For more information contact engineers.
