The company took pleasure to buy CASE Coal gasifier for its DRI Rotary Kiln. The gasifier technology is in limelight due to its outstanding performance in replacing coal fines with coal gas. Besides this, experts mentioned that the overall saving of coal is roughly 20%. It is likely that the CASE Gasifier technology for rotary kiln process is viable with roughly 20 MT of coal saving for 100 TPD Plant in a day.

Add to the above, the gasifier is totally PLC controlled automatic machine thereby reducing the efforts used manual operation.
