Design of Double-stage Gasifier
The structure of double-stage gasifier include coal feeding section, pyrolysis section, gasifying section, advanced upper roller, middle flashboard, wet slag removal system, plough-type special plate and more.
Mechanism in Double-stage Coal Gasifier
The advanced upper roller, middle flashboard and lower bell jar mechanism is used for coal feeding mechanism. The structure allows easy operation, maintenance and good gas tightness.
The wet slag removal attached to both side have self-designed plough-type plate for slag removal process.
