During the extensive study and research on gasifier technology, CASE came up with a gasification technology which can increase campaign life. Along with better campaign life, the technology assures to give outstanding performance through out the operation of a gasifier.
The gasifier is designed for DRI Rotary Kiln. It is a PLC controlled automatic machine which can ensure tremendous saving of coal. Engineers mentioned that it is viable with roughly 20 MT of coal saving for 100 TPD Plant in a day.
Besides increasing campaign life, the technology increase kiln capacity, metallization and provide better recovery in melting.
